The Client Experience
The client portal was designed to be simple and easy to use. This results in very high client adoption and satisfaction.
We do this with a modern and simple design and our magic link technology that allows clients to securely access the portal without creating a username or password.
The client can access their client portal to view shared folders and documents from the email notifications or through the portal access page.
Read Receipts
Now you know the moment a client has seen your message. After you send a message in Client Chat, a read receipt appears below it once a client contact has opened and viewed that topic.
Here is how it works:
1 client contact: The receipt shows Read by [First Name]. Hover over it to see the exact time and date they opened the message.
Multiple client contacts: The receipt shows Read by N clients. Hover over it to see each person's name and the timestamp for when they read it.
Not yet read: No receipt appears below the message until at least 1 client contact has viewed the topic.
ℹ️Heads up! Read receipts only appear on messages sent by your firm. Messages sent by clients do not show a read receipt.
