Customize the client task notifications you send to clients

You can customize the client task notifications by clicking on Schedule or Send, or clicking Auto-Reminders, while view a client task section:

From there you will be able to click on the dropdown for selecting a template in the Customize Client Notifications area and click Manage Templates:

By default, we will have our Default Template for all client reminders. You can customize this by clicking the dropdown and selecting Manage Templates.

Then click + New Template to create a custom email notification. You can also use our placeholders to customize the messages at scale on a client-by-client basis.

While customizing the message, you can preview what it will look like for the client by clicking Preview. When finished, click Save to use the new template.

*** These templates can be applied to other projects

You can easily switch between your saved email templates for client tasks or apply them to other clients and projects to make updating the notifications across your firm's work and client base easier.
