This is an advanced automation for client tasks. Learn more about client tasks here.

Automated reminders automatically follow up with your client, so you don't have to. When activated, your client will automatically get email and SMS reminders until they complete the client task request list sent to them.

This saves your team time, but more importantly, it gets client responses faster.

How to turn on automated client reminders

From inside the project:

  1. Click the Client Tasks

  2. Click Manage Notifications

  3. Select how often to Send Reminders in Automated Notifications
