How to resolved time entries that have not synced to QuickBooks Online

  1. Verify that the client is linked to QuickBooks Online

    1. Go to Client Dashboard

    2. Search for the client's name

    3. Verify that there isn't a red dot next to their name

    4. If the client isn't linked. Learn how to link the client in this article.

  2. Verify that the team member that made the time entry is linked to QuickBooks Online

    1. Click Settings

    2. Click Integrations

    3. Click 2. Link Employees

    4. Verify that the specific team member is linked to QuickBooks Online

      *** If you don't have permission to view the integrations page, please get in touch with the owner or admin on Financial Cents to check for you.

  3. If the client and team member are linked to QuickBooks Online, manually push the time entry from Financial Cents to QuickBooks Online. This will not duplicate any time entries.

    1. Click Settings

    2. Click Integrations

    3. Click 3. Upload past time logs to QuickBooks

    4. Wait up to 30 minutes to see if the time entries are now displaying in QuickBooks Online. If not, then take a screenshot of the time entry and send it to our support team via support chat to take a deeper look
