If your client isn't linked to QuickBooks Online, then the time entries tracked to that client won't sync to QuickBooks Online
How to link an individual client to QuickBooks Online
Click the Client's Name
Scroll to the bottom of the client's profile and click Link Client
Select your firm's QuickBooks Online Accountant account
Find the client in your QuickBooks Online client list and click Select
*** If you don't want to link your clients but want the red dots removed from your client dashboard, then you must remove your QuickBooks Online integration by going to Settings > Integrations. It will take 24 hours for the red dots to disappear.
