Financial Cents's client-facing status feature eliminates the need for calls and emails from clients asking for work updates.

With this feature, your clients can see how the work is going in the Requests tab of their client portal and the client task email notifications.

How to make a tag client-facing

In Financial Cents, we use tags for work statuses. You can choose which tags you want to be visible to clients when managing tags.

When you select Visible to Client the tag will automatically be displayed on any client tasks in the client portal and in the client tasks email notifications.
