Pricing
There is no additional subscription cost for all Billing features on any subscription plan (Solo, Team, and Scale). You only have to pay the standard processing fee for successful card transactions.
Credit & Debit Cards: 2.9% + 30 cents
ACH: 1% capped at $5.00
Your firm has the ability to pass on the card processing fees to your clients via the Billing > Settings page.
Payout Schedule
We have optimized for quick payouts to ensure strong cash flow. Below is the typical payout schedule:

ACH: 4 business days
Business day typically excludes weekends and public holidays, which can affect the timeline. Payments made on these days will begin processing on the next available business day.

The current payout time for Canadian customers is 7 business days.
Daily cut-off times
Card: 11 pm EST
ACH: 9 pm EST
For example, a card payment entered at 11:30 p.m. EST on Monday will be deposited on Wednesday in your account because it was made after the cut-off time.
Factors Affecting Deposit Timing - Payments made on weekends and public holidays inherently experience delays and are only processed on the next working day. Keeping track of such factors ensures smoother cash flow management.
