Follow the steps below to troubleshoot when projects are not recurring properly.

  1. Verify the current recurrence options in the project settings are correct.

    1. In the project, click Actions on the top right and click Edit to view project settings. You can verify the recurrence settings from here.

    2. In the workflow dashboard, you can quickly identify the recurrence options by clicking on the wheel icon with spinning arrows to the right of the project name. It will also show you when the next recurrence is to appear. If the project had already been created, it would provide the link to that project.

  2. Wait for the project recurrence job schedules to run.

    1. A default recurring project recurs when marked completed/closed or overdue. Once it is triggered, it takes around 30 minutes for the project to recur and show up on your workflow dashboard.

    2. The recurrences of a custom recurring project take 12 hours to create and show up on your workflow dashboard.

    3. Click here to learn more about the difference between Default and Custom recurrence.

  3. Ensure the project has not been deleted by going to the Trash Bin section.

If all the settings are correct and the project has not been deleted, contact the Support Team for help troubleshooting the issue.
