As your firm grows, it becomes very difficult to track the status of work, who's working on what, and all your important deadlines. This causes things to slip through the cracks and important client deadlines to be missed.

This is the main problem we solve at Financial Cents.

We give you this visibility by creating a single dashboard that helps you easily track everything across the firm in real time.

  • Who is working on what

  • The status of work

  • Progress to being completed

  • And when the work is due

You can get deeper visibility and run custom reports using workflow filters to filter down your view.

You can filter work by:

  • The type of work (bookkeeping, tax, payroll, etc.) with the search bar

  • The status of work with Tags

  • Due date

  • Team members with assignees

  • Clients

  • Client groups

You can also stack these filters on top of each other. For example, you could create a report that shows you all the bookkeeping work that is in review and due this month.
