If the documents uploaded by your clients to client tasks are not automatically being routed/copied to the Financial Cents folder in SmartVault you should be able to resolve the problem by following the steps below.
Click Settings
Click Integrations
Check Copy client uploads to SmartVault
After this is updated all documents uploaded from this point forward should be automatically copied to the Financial Cents folder in SmartVault.
