Yes, you can downgrade from the scale plan to the team plan at any time.

If you downgrade from the scale plan to the team plan on a monthly billing cycle you will be switched to the team plan immediately and receive a pro-rated credit for the amount of unused time for that monthly term.

If you downgrade from the scale plan to the team plan on an annual billing cycle you will be switched to the team plan immediately and receive a pro-rated credit for the amount of unused time for that annual term.
