Do clients send ad hoc requests that sometimes get lost or forgotten in your inbox?

With Financial Cents you can turn email requests into projects so you can them on your workflow dashboard so nothing slips through the cracks.

How to turn an email into a project / task

  1. Click the Create Project Icon on an email

  2. Select From Scratch to From Template

  3. Add in the project details

  4. Click Create

FAQs

  • Can I create multiple projects out of an email?

    • Unfortunately you can only create one project out of an email.

  • If I create a project out of an email, will the email be attached to the project?

    • Yes, the email will be accessible under the "client emails" tab from within the project.

  • If I delegate this project to a team member, will they be able to see the email?

    • Yes, anyone who is assigned the project will be able to view the email in the "client emails" tab.

  • Do I have to integrate my email in order to use this feature?

    • Yes, in order to convert emails into projects from inside Financial Cents, you will have to integrate your email.
