If the client signs a document with our Adobe Sign and the signed copy is not being automatically attached to the client tasks this is most likely because the admin on your Adobe Sign account has not integrated their account with Financial Cents yet.
To confirm this issue check if you see this error message on the Settings > Integrations page.
To resolve this issue, please reach out to the admin on your Adobe Sign account and have them integrate with Financial Cents by following the steps in this article.
