With the email audit trail, you can easily track all conversations between your clients and everyone at your firm.
This makes it easy to see who spoke to the client, when, and about what.
You can do this within the Email tab on the client's profile (see image below). You can learn more about the email integration in this article.
*** By default, only the owner can see other team members' emails. However, you can give people access to view all emails by customizing the user permissions.
