Clients often have relationships with one another: family members, business partners, shareholders, or subsidiaries. Recording these relationships on their profiles makes it easy to navigate between related clients and understand the full picture of a client's connections.
How to Add a Client Relationship
Navigate to a client's profile in the Clients tab.
Scroll to the Relationships card in the right sidebar.
Click Add in the top-right of the card.
In the Add Relation with other clients dialog, choose the related client from the Select Related Client dropdown.
Type a relationship label in the Relationship text field (for example: Spouse, Parent Company, Subsidiary). The field accepts any text โ there are no preset options.
Click Save.
The relationship appears on both client profiles with a link to navigate directly to the other client's page.
โน๏ธHeads up! The label you enter appears only on the profile where you created the relationship. The other client's profile shows an unlabeled link back. To change how the other profile describes the connection, edit the relationship from the labeled side or delete and recreate it from the other direction.
