Due date reminders on projects/work

You can easily set up reminders to keep your team on top of client work and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

You can set reminders on both Projects and Tasks.

Your team will be sent both in-app and email reminders when triggered.

Due Date Reminders for Projects

You will see the reminders button in the top right-hand corner.

You will then have the option to set up the parameters for your reminders. You can set up an unlimited amount of reminders.

Due date reminders can only be set across the entire workload for projects, not on an individual project basis. For example, the reminder "Remind me 3 days before projects are due" will send you an email in the morning showing you all the projects due in 3 days.

*** Important Note *** Everyone on your team will need to set up these reminders on their account individually. If you set the reminders up on your account they do not copy over to your other team member accounts.

Due Date Reminders for Tasks

You can set a reminder for a task within the task dialog box. You can select how many days you would like to be notified before a task is due and even set multiple reminders.

For example, if the task is due on December 13th and you set a reminder to be notified 2 days before the task is due you will receive both an email and in-app on Nov. 11th.

*** Important Note *** Everyone on your team will need to set up these reminders on their individual accounts. If you set the reminders up on your account they do not copy over to your other team member accounts. In order to receive a reminder, you will need to create it yourself inside your account.
